Oooohh, hot chocolate!!! I haven't thought about that scrumptious drink in any real capacity for many months now. We had a cold snap here last week that would have justified one on this end as well (in so much as hot cocoa ever need justification ;)), but I was so stunned by it that I just kept thinking how I didn't want to wave good bye to summer and its tasty seasonal treats yet. Thankfully the sun did return come the weekend (phew!), but I highly suspect we're in for an early fall and that hot cocoa will soon be in frequent rotation here as well.

I know what you mean Jessica, I couldn't believe that I needed to resort to hot chocolate in August! Wierdly, it has gone back to being really warm now! I hope that you are still enjoying the sunshine. I love buttons, I will show the rest of my collection some time!

ReplyDeleteI bought the yarn purely because of the colour. It has been in my stash waiting for a suitable project. I always keep my eye out for buttons in charity shops etc, a collection builds up quite quickly!
DeleteYay Lancasters! They are from Canada and one Is stationed 45 mins from my home. Every year we have a big band dance at the hanger and we dance under the Lancasters wing. So cool! So cool that you saw them fly, I have not seen that yet.
